Click any provider to see their full profile including their bio, years of experience, portfolio photos of past work, starting price, and customer reviews from previous clients.
Contact the provider via WhatsApp
Message the provider directly on WhatsApp to describe your job, ask questions, and agree on a price and timeline. No platform booking forms, no delays.
Get the job done and leave a review
Once the work is complete, youare requeted to leave a review for the provider. Your honest rating helps other customers and rewards good professionals.

Register your profile
Create your provider profile in under 10 minutes. Add your name, service category, location, bio, years of experience, starting price and up to 3 portfolio photos to show off your best work.
Pay your monthly subscription
A flat fee per calendar month. No hidden fees, no commission on any job you land. Your profile is active from the moment your payment is confirmed through PayChangu mobile money.
Your profile goes live across Malawi
Your public profile page gets its own unique URL that Google can index. Customers searching for your service in your city will find you on Skill Link and through Google search.
Customers contact you on WhatsApp
When a customer finds your profile they can see your WhatsApp number and contact you directly. You handle all job discussions, pricing and scheduling yourself.

Is Skill Link free for customers?
Yes, completely free. Customers can browse all provider profiles and search by category and city without registering. Registration is required only to see WhatsApp contact details, and registration is free.
How much does it cost for providers to list their services?
Providers pay a flat fee per calendar month. This covers an active, fully visible public profile with unlimited portfolio photos (up to 3) and WhatsApp contact visibility. There is no commission on any job you land through the platform.
How do I pay a provider for their work?
You agree on payment directly with the provider via WhatsApp. Skill Link does not handle payments between customers and providers. All payment arrangements are made directly between you and the professional.
How do I pay the monthly subscription as a provider?
Provider subscriptions are paid through Airtel Money and TNM Mpamba mobile money payments. After registering, you will be redirected to complete your first month's payment before your profile goes live.
Are all providers on Skill Link verified?
Yes. All providers must verify their WhatsApp number and email adresses during registration and their profile is reviewed by the Skill Link team before going live. We check that the listing is complete, genuine and represents a real professional. Providers also build a public review score from verified customer reviews over time.
Is Skill Link available outside Malawi?
Skill Link covers all 28 districts of Malawi. Providers are active in all malawi districts, and anyone in any district can register and list. Customers outside Malawi can browse but will need to arrange international contact directly.
What happens if a provider does not do a good job?
Customers can leave honest reviews on provider profiles. Reviews are public and cannot be removed by the provider. This accountability system helps maintain quality across the platform.
How do I get featured on Skill Link?
Featured status is permanently reserved for the first 50 providers to register. Featured providers appear on the homepage and at the top of search results. Register early to secure featured status while spots remain.
